Mr David Bennett is a Consultant General Surgeon and has been involved in medico - legal work since 2008.

Mr Bennett currently completes c.5 - 6 cases per year but has the capacity to complete c. 18 - 20 cases per year.

Approximately 90% of cases handled thus far are for claimants.
